”Training Needs Assessment for Improving Business Ethics and Corporate
Governance” |

Russian Corporate Governance Code
The TNA Project being conducted by the Center for Business Ethics
and Corporate Governance, a Russian non-governmental organization
established on the basis of the “Declaration of Integrity in Business
Conduct in Saint-Petersburg”.
Goals and Objectives:
• to evaluate training needs for implementing best practices of
business ethics programs and corporate governance in Russian enterprises;
• to assess obstacles to implementation of the Corporate Governance
Code by Russian enterprises;
• to render practical assistance to enterprises interested in
developing and implementing the Corporate Governance Code and
business ethics programs;
• to create a library and database that will help all interested
market participants and civil society stakeholders to obtain relevant
information in the area of business ethics and corporate governance.

violations in using grant’s funds have been revealed in the course
of audit review.
The Center is planning to continue conducting the projects on
social responsibility, anti-corruption, improving business ethics
in operations both by enterprises and the state.
