What Should You Do Next?
The Declaration is designed to help individual companies implement comprehensive ethics programs through a multi-step program.
1. The first step is signing the Declaration.
2. The second step is adopting a code of business ethics; and
3. The third step is creating the implementation and training programs necessary to facilitate comprehensive behavioral change within the enterprise.

We provide our signatories with assistance on elaborating codes of conduct. All our services are free of charge.
What Obligations Will You Have as a Declaration Signatory?

By adopting the Declaration, a company undertakes a no-bribery pledge and must implement a code of ethics. These obligations are undertaken on a voluntary basis.
