The Center for Business Ethics
and Corporate Governance

The Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance (CFBE) is a Russian non-commercial partnership founded in 2000. CFBE’s mission is to help build a rules-based market economy in the Russian Federation that rewards businesses that follow best practices of ethical conduct and respect the spirit and letter of the law.

CFBE works in close cooperation with leaders from the Russian government, business and civil society to increase voluntary compliance with ethics, corporate governance and anti-corruption standards. We engage these stakeholders in public-private initiatives to foster shared values and create institutions of good governance. CFBE integrates global best practices of business conduct with local know-how in a manner that helps business gain a competitive advantage in Russia through transparent operations.
